Dinisha Mingo M.S., QMHA CEO, OWNER

Dinisha Mingo is a Las Vegas native. Ms. Mingo grew up with humble beginnings in a single parent household, being the oldest of 6 children. Due to the issues plaguing her family, Dinisha grew passion for mental health advocacy and awareness at an early age.

In 2016, Ms. Mingo opened Mingo Health Solutions with the vision to set a standard of excellence in mental and behavioral health in Las Vegas. Ms. Mingo has earned Master’s Degrees in both Educational Psychology and Psychology. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology.

Dinisha Mingo received the Woman of Distinction Award by NAWBO in the healthcare category in 2021, the Community Advocate/Volunteer of the Year by the Urban Chamber of Commerce in 2021, and as one of Las Vegas’ top 40 under 40 professional by Vegas Inc. Magazine in 2022. Ms. Mingo has sat on multiple boards promoting community development and growth through commerce, faith, and mental health. She also founded a nonprofit, Solutions of Change, to provide free and low-cost therapy services to those uninsured, underinsured, and undocumented. Dinisha is a servant leader and believes in “Being the Change” you want to see in the world.
