Brittney Collins-Jefferson, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker, Nevada Board-approved clinical supervisor, and nationally sought speaker with over a decade of experience in mental health and leadership. She’s the Founder and CEO of Restorative Health & Life and COO/Clinical Supervisor of Mingo Health Solutions, organizations making behavioral healthcare more holistic and accessible.

At the heart of her work is one question: How do we reconnect with what sustains us? Brittney addresses mental health equity, trauma, burnout, mindfulness, and her signature message, the four pillars of rest. Her keynote, inspired by her book I Quit Everything but God: Love Letters to the Restless, challenges the culture of constant striving and invites audiences into a rhythm of surrender and renewal.

Featured on TLC’s Doubling Down with the Derricos and recognized with a Certificate of Congressional Recognition, Brittney also trains the next generation of social workers and counselors through partnerships with UNLV, UNR, Grand Canyon University, and Walden. She served on Nevada’s opioid crisis advisory board (ACRN) and serves on the board of Sister 2 Sister Connection.
