Hello, I’m Charlotte Watkins, Director of Business Development

Charlotte Watkins joined Mingo Health Solutions (MHS) and Restorative Health & Life in March 2025 as the Director of Business Development. With over 30 years of experience in behavioral health, Charlotte has successfully developed and implemented programs for hospitals and community-based organizations, while building strong, collaborative relationships with physicians, community coalitions, families, universities, schools, clinics, and students.

In her role at Mingo Health Solutions (MHS) and Restorative Health & Life, Charlotte leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives focused on cultivating meaningful, long-term partnerships with corporate and individual donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders. She also provides oversight of foundation grant management to support organizational growth and sustainability.

Charlotte is deeply committed to strengthening connections between Mingo Health Solutions (MHS) and Restorative Health & Life and the broader community, ensuring services remain accessible, responsive, and aligned with community needs. Her vision centers on collaboration, impact, and advancing high-quality behavioral health care through strong community partnerships.
