I am a Virginia native with a background in Clinical Psychology and Behavior Analysis, with research interests in integrative treatment approaches, family systems, and cultural responsiveness. Over the past 15 years, I have worked across diverse settings—including clinics, hospitals, schools, homes, and group homes—gaining experience in school-based ABA, ACT, clinical behavior analysis, and trauma-informed care. My work extends beyond autism to include populations with TBI and feeding disorders.

Before relocating to Las Vegas in 2021, I oversaw quality assurance and compliance for 11 sites in Virginia with a mental health organization offering multiple service lines and served as Director of an ABA clinic under BCBA-led leadership. In addition to clinical practice, I have volunteered with the Global Autism Project, participated in United Nations meetings for World Autism Acceptance, served on the junior board of the Autism Society of Central Virginia, and contributed to the textbook A Scientific Framework for Compassion and Social Justice: Lessons in Applied Behavior Analysis.
