Clinical Supervisor

Mr. Henderson honorably retired from the U.S. Army in 1991 after 20 years of distinguished military service to our country.  After retirement, he immediately began working for the Department of Veterans Affairs and obtained his Bachelors of Social Work degree and Master’s of Social Work degree at UNLV.  He graduated with honors and is a certified member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.  After obtaining his education, Mr. Henderson received his clinical license (LCSW) in Social Work in 2004.  Mr. Henderson is certified by the Nevada Board of Social Workers as an LCSW Intern Supervisor.  He is also certified with the UNLV School of Social Work as an Agency Field Instructor.  Mr. Henderson is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and is currently a Consultant for the Office of the Secretary of Defense.  Mr. Henderson specializes in Trauma and PTSD counseling; Anger and Stress Management; Grief/Bereavement counseling; Depression Management; Anxiety Disorder; and Relationship Issues.  Mr. Henderson provides a safe and relaxed environment for clients to receive compassionate and effective psychological treatment.
