By way of our Community Health Workers – Our certified community health workers (CHWs) are frontline public health workers who are trusted members of the community. This trusting relationship enables our CHWs to serve as a liaison between health/social services and the community to facilitate access to services and improve the quality and cultural competence of service delivery. Our CHWs are trained in behavior intervention and can function as on-site support for the crisis, resources, education, and more!
